본회의 최고 집행기구인 중앙집행위원을 하기와 같이 모집하오니 많은 관심 부탁 드립니다.1.지원방법 : sgc.snu@gmail.com 또는 basilicamaior@snu.ac.kr 로 지원2. 임기 : 활동시작일 ~ 2025.12.31.3. 활동내용 : 하기 분과별로 활동하나, 범분과별 TF를 꾸려 진행하는 사업이 있을 수 있음.1) 교육위원회 소관사항 - 교육 및 학사 운영의 기본 방침에 관한 사항 - 대학, 대학원 또는 학부, 학과의 설치와 폐지에 관한 사항 - 교육 관련 정관의 변경에 관한 사항 - 학칙, 교육에 관한 중요 규정의 제정, 개정 및 폐지에 관한 사항 등2) 연구위원회 소관사항- 연구의 기본 방침에 관한 사항- 중요 연구시설의 설치와 폐지에 관한 사항- 연구 관련 정관의 변경에 관한 사항- 연구에 관한 중요 규정의 제정, 개정 및 폐지에 관한 사항 등3) 기획재정위원회 소관사항- 중장기 대학 운영 및 발전계획에 관한 사항- 법령, 정관, 그 밖의 규정에 근거하여 평의원회가 추천하는 인사에 관한 사항- 대학원총학생회에 관한 규정의 제정, 개정 및 폐지에 관한 사항 등4) 환경문화복지위원회 소관사항- 대학의 환경, 문화 및 교직원 복지에 관한 사항- 복지 관련 정관의 변경에 관한 사항 등[관련 회칙]제37조 (지위) 중앙집행위원회는 본회의 최고 집행기구이다.제38조 (구성)① 중앙집행위원회는 총학생회 인수위원회에서 구성하고 총운영위원회가 인준한다. 단, 총학생회 인수위원회가 해소된 이후에는 총학생회장이 구성하고 총운영위원회에서 인준한다.② 중앙집행위원회는 중앙집행위원으로 구성되며, 그 역할과 지위에 따라 중앙집행위원장, 각 국장, 국원으로 구성한다. 단, 각 국 내부 업무분장에 따라서 국 내에 팀을 구성하여 팀장, 팀원을 두는 등의 상세한 구성에 있어서는 총운영위원회의 인준을 거쳐 총학생회장단이 결정한다.③ 중앙집행위원은 총학생회장이 선임하고 총운영위원회가 인준한다.④ 중앙집행위원장은 중앙집행위원 중 1인으로 제한하며, 필요에 따라 부위원장을 둘 수 있다.제39조 (업무 및 권한)① 중앙집행위원회는 총학생회 업무전반에 대한 집행의 최고권한을 가진다.② 중앙집행위원은 전체대학원생대표자회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.③ 중앙집행위원장은 총운영위원회의 원활한 의사결정을 위해서 정확하고 충분한 정보를 제공하기 위해서 다음 각 호의 의무를 가진다.1. 총운영위원회에 직접 참석 및 필요시 각종 안건의 발제, 질의응답에 응대 등의 주요정보전달2. 총운영위원회의 회의의사록 작성3. 총운영위원회 결정사항의 중앙집행위원회 내 공유④ 중앙집행위원장을 제외한 집행위원 1인 이상은 반드시 총운영위원회에 참관하여 회의 속기록을 작성해야 한다.[ENG]We are now recruiting members of the Central Executive Committee, the highest executive body of the Graduate Student Council. Some projects may be conducted through cross-committee Task Forces (TFs).1) Education Committee ResponsibilitiesMatters related to basic policies on education and academic administrationEstablishment and abolition of colleges, graduate schools, departments, or majorsAmendments to education-related bylawsEnactment, revision, and repeal of important academic rules and education-related regulations2) Research Committee ResponsibilitiesMatters related to basic research policyEstablishment and abolition of major research facilitiesAmendments to research-related bylawsEnactment, revision, and repeal of important research-related regulations3) Planning and Finance Committee ResponsibilitiesMid- to long-term university operation and development plansPersonnel matters recommended by the University Senate based on laws, bylaws, or other regulationsEnactment, revision, and repeal of the regulations related to the Graduate Student Council4) Environment, Culture, and Welfare Committee ResponsibilitiesMatters related to the university’s environment, culture, and faculty/staff welfareAmendments to welfare-related bylaws[Relevant Articles from the Bylaws]Article 37 (Status)The Central Executive Committee is the highest executive body of the Graduate Student Council.Article 38 (Composition)The Central Executive Committee is formed by the Graduate Student Council Transition Committee and approved by the General Operations Committee. After the Transition Committee is dissolved, it shall be formed by the President of the Graduate Student Council and approved by the General Operations Committee.The committee is composed of Central Executive Members, including the Chairperson, Directors of each Bureau, and general members. If necessary, internal teams within each Bureau (including team leaders and team members) may be formed, subject to the approval of the General Operations Committee and finalized by the Executive Office.Central Executive Members are appointed by the President of the Graduate Student Council and approved by the General Operations Committee.There shall be only one Chairperson of the Central Executive Committee. A Vice-Chairperson may be appointed if necessary.Article 39 (Duties and Authority)The Central Executive Committee holds the highest authority over the execution of all Graduate Student Council affairs.Central Executive Members may attend and speak at the General Assembly of Graduate Student Representatives.The Chairperson must provide accurate and sufficient information to ensure effective decision-making by the General Operations Committee and shall fulfill the following duties:Attend meetings of the General Operations Committee, deliver key information, present agenda items, and respond to questionsPrepare meeting minutes of the General Operations CommitteeShare decisions made by the General Operations Committee within the Central Executive CommitteeAt least one executive member, excluding the Chairperson, must attend the General Operations Committee to record detailed meeting minutes.
