제6대 대학원 총학생회장 정기훈입니다.

제7대 대학원 총학생회장 후보 등록기간(11월 7일(금) ~ 11월 9일(일)) 동안 입후보자가 없어, 금번 총학생회 선거는 무산되었습니다. 이에 따라 회칙 제40조 제2항에 근거하여 2026년 3월 중 재선거를 실시할 예정이며, 2026년 1월 1일부로 총학생회장 직위가 궐위될 예정입니다.

한편, 회칙 제33조에서는 “차기 회장이 선출되지 못한 경우, 전체대학원생대표자회의의 의결로써 차기 회장 선출 시까지 현 회장의 임기를 연장할 수 있다”고 규정하고 있습니다. 이에 따라, 전체대학원생대표자회의 임시회의 개회를 위한 총운영위원회의 의결을 요청드리고자 합니다. 

학부 총학의 경우, 단과대학생회장연석회의가 있어 총학생회장 궐위 시 연석회의 의장이 그 직책을 맡으나 현재 원총은 전체대학원생대표자회의 요청에 따라 단과대학연석회의를 운영하고 있지 않아 총학생회장 궐위 시 그 직책을 대행할 사람이 없습니다.

지난 대면회의에서 참석률이 저조했던 점을 고려하여, 이번 임시회의는 비대면 방식으로 진행하고자 합니다. 회의 일시는 전체대학원생대표자회의 카카오톡 단체채팅방을 통해 가장 많은 인원이 참여 가능한 시간으로 정할 예정입니다.

[Notice of the Nullification of the 7th Seoul National University Graduate Student Council Presidential Election]

Hello,

This is Kihoon Jeong, the 6th President of the Seoul National University Graduate Student Council.

During the registration period for candidates for the 7th Graduate Student Council President (November 7th (Fri) – November 9th (Sun)), no candidates registered. Accordingly, the presidential election has been nullified. Pursuant to Article 40, Paragraph 2 of the Council Bylaws, a re-election will be held in March 2026, and the presidential office is expected to become vacant as of January 1, 2026.

In addition, Article 33 of the Bylaws stipulates that “if the next president is not elected, the General Assembly of Graduate Student Representatives may, by resolution, extend the current president’s term until the next president is elected.”

Accordingly, I would like to request the approval of the Executive Committee to convene a special session of the General Assembly of Graduate Student Representatives.

In the case of the Undergraduate Student Council, when the presidential seat becomes vacant, the Chair o
